i received an e-mail at around 3:38 am saying that i cancelled my spotify subscription even though i didn't. when i went to go log back in to see if i could get premium back i was unable to log into my account. my account is connected through facebook and everytime i tried to log in it would say " is not responding" or that my username and password were incorrect. this is very confusing and inconvenient if someone could please help that would be appreciated.
