I changed my act to family plan to add my girlfriend

My act has been charged the additional amount for 2 cycles
BUT she still can't get logged on to download her own playing

We have emailed you numerous times and still have not got this resolved

Plz advise with a phone number to reach someone so we resolve this issue in a more timely manner

The error message it gives us saying this email already has a existing account which it does not have any acct with spotify
If I had another cacti wouldn't be asking for a family plan on this acct

Look forward to hearing from u very soon to get this matter resolved.
