login problem

I have a free account but whenever i try to login on my samsung phone or acer tablet it just goes back to the login page without logging me in, there is no failed login message or incorrect username/password message. I have tried to change my password too but this doesn't work. On my windows pc it says I am logging in in the wrong country but i am not, I downloaded the app in Spain and I live in Spain. What to do?

Thanks for coming to the Community for help.

It's possible that your network connection is showing on a different country and this is why you can't access Spotify. Just to confirm, is your computer connected to a VPN? Also, can you check the location of your IP address at http://www.whatsmyip.org/?
