lost all playlists after logging in, random itunes playlists now show

My spotify premium has been working fine since I have had it. I use it both on my iPad and my phone. Having lots of playlists also lots of downloaded ones. I came to go onto the app on my phone which is usually logged on all the time, it required logging in. I assumed it was the login with facebook button as I did this when I signed up. However once it decided to log in all of my.playlists had gone! Replaced with some none accessible iTunes playlists from my laptop that I do not want or need on my spotify!! Where has all.my playlists gone? Paying £10 a month I would expect this not to happen!! Any ideas?
