merge 2 accounts

I´m having troubles since I had a basic spotify account with hotmail and then I made a premium with gmail, but the one with hotmail is linked to facebook. How can I link the gmail account with facebook or eliminate my hotmail account?

Spotify can easily consolidate your Spotify-created and Facebook-created accounts. They should be able to move over any playlists, followers, and everything saved in Your Music.
