I recently tried to get the student discount, but I couldn't get it, yet Spotify took money off my card twice. How do I get it back??

I. Got the regular spotify and it charged me 9.99+ 4.99

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.




Looks like you still have a Student Membership ($4.99) and another Premium Membership, you can check out your Subscription Status here.


If you don't find any Subscription then make sure you're logging in with every single Spotify account you have. You might have multiple accounts.
