my Yamaha R-N500 HiFi is showing "Spotify need premium" but I have a family premium account

My HiFi is on the same LAN as my Mac; it has a Spotify Connect app and I could play music on the HiFi that I selected on the Mac.

Suddenly this stopped working and its display is showing "Spotify need premium".

 

I have a valid Family Premium account and payed up.

 

what to do?

I manuelly initiated network uppdate to v 1.17 and now it's working

I have the same problem, I have premium and suddenly connect won't work and it says "need premium"

I also have the same problem since three days.

A network update is really the solution. It's working again.

I Already had firmware 1.17 on my Yahama r-n500, but i could not connect any more.

So i "re-installed" the firmware 1.17 and now its working..
