my account doesn't wanna play free music. In the android play store. it says that the app is free and u can get the premium if u want. but MY account keeps on telling me that i have reached the monthly free time limit. what does that mean? can u help me please?

What country are you in? Also, what version of Spotify are you using?

Have you been using Spotify for more than 4 months? Unfortunately, in Turkey Spotify Free is only available for 4 months then you need to upgrade to continue using the service:

I'm not sure if there's a way for you to do it through the online account overview, so I'd recommend using the online contact form. Spotify staff can check this easily for you.
