my account has a random user using my account and i cannot get them out.

so i have my account and my music however i cant play my songs from my playlist on spotify because an unknown user has gained control of what plays on my spotify and i cannot get them out.

My recently played shows songs and albums I never listen to. I changed my password and had to select each of those artist to never play again hoping that would help. After playing music I do listen to finally pushed those out, my jump back in section is filled with songs and albums I never listen to. I don't have a family plan, no one else uses my account I only use Spotify on my phone or pc, and I signed out everywhere after changing password. The jump back in happened while I'm listening to other music so I'm really confused how songs I never have listened to shows up while I'm listening to music I do listen to. 

How is someone accessing my account to play music while I'm actively listening to something else? This seems like a big security risk that should be looked into.
