Hello everyone! I have a question about my playlist, I just recently switched to a difference service provider, so I transfered all my stuff onto the new Iphone 5 nothing in my playlist should get deleted because I have an account with spotify. I'm trying to add my apps back onto my phone and I logged into my spotify and everthing that I had saved into my playlist is completely gone as if I just signed up to spotify. How can i get my playlist back onto my account, I pay ten bucks a month to have it on my phone and Its acting like I've never used it before. Can anyone help me out?? I'd really appreciate it, Thank you!

Hello!

 

Are you sure you are not logging into a duplicate account? If you login on your computer can you see your playlists? Also, try the web player.

Whats a Spotify Rock Star?

No. It looks  as if I became a new user to spotify, I never deleted anything in the playlist. I just updated my phone. I've been using the same user name an password since I started using the program.

Hi. I think your account may be linked to facebook. Can you try logging out and back in using your facebook credentials - email address not a username?
