my spotify account got duplicated

now im using the duplicated one, when i search my old account its still there, how do i get back to my old account

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

In this case it would be best if you reach out to our customer support team through one of the channels here. 

Explain that you have duplicate accounts and you can't access your original one. After they verify you as the rightful owner they should be able to help out, so you can enter your old account again.
