Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, since you mentioned you can't see all your music on your library, it's possible you have logged into a different account. Since you have the correct account open on your mobile phone, you can check the details linked to it from there. To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to Home.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to your account (if any).

If you aren’t certain about the details you used to register on the app, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these, your Premium account may be linked to one of these options as well.

On another note, when you mentioned "my unlimited music", are you referring to the Unlimited subscription? If yes, we'd like to add some insights. Keep in mind that we've closed the Unlimited subscription back in August 2021. All accounts under it changed to their free, ad-supported service. We've sent a notification about it back then, so we suggest you have a look at your email.
