. I asked spotify to cancel my account under the section on the spotify webpage on the 14th of february 2014. I have just recently discovered that on the 24th feb 2014, 18th of march 2014 and the 19th of april 2014 £9.99 has gone out on each date.. i want this money back. I have a screenshot of me sending the message on the 14th of february 2014 requesting my àccount be cancelled. Why hasn't this been done? When will i be contacted by somebody via a phone call and what number will it be calling from. I want this contract cancelling and my money reimbursed as soon as possible. I am not happy one bit

Did you cancel your subscription following the steps in this help page? (and receive the confirmation email):

Spotify don't deal with any billing issues here on the community so you need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get this straightened out for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
