nothing works, disgusted by the lack of customer support

I once logged in through Facebook, now I don't have the FB account anymore and I am totally locked out of my account, nothing works I tried everything and it just gives 403 or some other non-explicative error.

I am disgusted by the complete lack of customer support, this is the worst experience I have ever endured with a streaming service, inconceivable.
