i reinstall my os recently and this messgae appear. please help thankyou

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

This usually happens when you have offline content downloaded to more than 3 devices at the time or the Spotify system "thinks" you have. Try marking a playlist as "Available Offline" again and see if it works. 

If you find that you cannot mark playlists as “Available offline”, restarting your device/computer will allow you to authorise it for offline synchronisation again.

 

Any issues, you can request a reset of your offline devices which will fix this on this topic
