one spotify premium family member not getting invite email

I have tried sending an email invite to one member of my family. He has never receive an invite from spotify though he gets other emails from spotify on his account. All 4 other members are already connected to the family account. I have cancelled and resent the invite many times and carefully checked the email adress many times. We are at our wits end. Can you help please

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to send a new invite to your family member. Also, make sure to type the email address without any capital letters.

If that doesn't do the trick, try sending the invite to an alternate email to see if they receive it.
