pay already but not get premium version

pay already but not get premium version

I have pay already twice, but my account status still remain "free"
Is anyone can help me solve the problem

Hi @Ken_Chen, welcome to the Community!

 

Let's try and get this sorted out for you. It sounds like you might be signed in to a different account. Check in your email inbox for a receipt from your subscription, and make sure you are using the same username shown on that email.

 

Once you are sure you are using the correct account, check your Subscription Page, it should say you are on Premium.

This situation happen in my sister account

I share my Visa card to my sister
She register to premium but did not receive the recipe, either get the premium account

Is it possible that your sister created her account with Facebook? if that is the case, the Premium receipt would have been sent to her Facebook email address which may be different from her main email address.

Sorry for the misunderstanding
The Spotify account is connected with her facebook account, but no receipt in the mailbox and did not get the premium function
But I have received the record of the Visa card that deduct the charge already

Hmm, that's not good. If the subscription page says "free", then chances are she is signed in to the wrong account. Try and answer the questions in this link and we will get things fixed up for you.
