paying for my account twice

When I originally signed up for spotify, I was paying through my itunes account. Since the updated terms and conditions, I lost my premium account, had to put in a credit card and thought I was no longer paying through itunes. However it appears that I am now paying both through itunes and my other credit card? So essentially I am paying twice a month for a premium account? I am bit confused

You can cancel the iTunes subscription by following the instructions from this support article: http://apple.co/2h9qU9e
