Im trying to update my premium but it keeps telling me to enter the expiration month of my card even though i already have and it is the right date... helpppp

I just got it to work .had to put space after month then / then a space and year

Can you please try it in another browser? If that doesn't help, please clear your browser's cache and cookies and then try it again.

Deleted cache and still didnt work...

I am having same issue with entering card expiration. I have tried on 3 devices and I get same error msg

I'm having the exact same issue...my premium has been paused and have zero access to my music. Tried multiple ways of entering the expiration date
