playlists gone and premium not working

Hi,

Can anyone help, all my playlists have disappeared and i have gone from premium to free even though i am still paying the £10 a month charge??

I also can't log on on my iphone as its not recognizing my details.

My Account user name is: 1122702183

I've just checked your account, it seems that you are currently on a free version of Spotify. You may need to get in contact with one of our advisors directly to try and track down the correct account. Pop up to the top of this screen, click "About Us" and then "Contact Form", and send through a message.
