Hi I bought the 3 month premium for 99c and there was no warning sent that it was going to expire, it was not in my Apple ID subscriptions box and when I tried to log in to my Spotify account I couldn't cancel I would like a full refund of $12.99.

Hi @Chelsea23, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

As you subscribed through iTunes you didn't get the offer of 3 months for 99c, you paid 12.99$ every month.

 

As you subscribed through iTunes you need to follow Apple's instructions for cancel.

No this is not good enough I would like to talk to the actual Spotify person to suit out this problem

Why have u not replied this is obviously a bad company
