problem syncing accounts with devices

I have purchased spotify premium on my desktop, but i am not able to access premium on my iphone....I have attempted rebooting both phone and desktop multiple times, deleted the app and restarted....I am using the same account info on my phone as the one on my computer but I am not able to access premium on my phone? can anyone help?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Sometimes there can be a slight delay between upgrading and it being recognised on your devices. 

Give it a little time and then try again 😉

Hey... Been having a similar problem to lots of people. Have upgraded my trial to premium in time for my holiday, and it works fine on my laptop and iPhone 5, but does not register it as premium on my iPad or iPhone 3. Ideally I want it working on the 3 as it is the only device compatible with my car stereo, and we have a long journey ahead! Please help! Have tried reinstalling already...
