problem with my subscriptions

Hi, I seem to be converted back to a basic package when I pay for unlimited.

This needs to be fixed, How?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

First things to do:

- Check your online overview just to confirm your account is back on free.

- Check your email, normally when this happens its due to a failed payment and you will have got an email if that is the case.
