problem with premium

hello when i want to get 30 days of free premium , i click on paypal but after i have that : your payment provider seems to have trouble today, no worry no amount has been debited.please try again or use another method of payment.

please help me , thank you so much.

Hi @remslol43! Sorry to hear that you're having some troubles. Few things to try out:

1) Try to complete the transaction in an incognito window (private browsing), or clear your web broswer's cache. Sometimes this error is cause by a bad cookie in your cache and cleaning things up fixes it.

2) If that doesn't work, and if you have one available, try using a different payment method, like a credit/debit card. If you don't have an alternative payment method, no worries, read on.

3) If both of those options don't work for whatever reason, then I would recommend getting in touch with support. This can be done by either reaching out to @SpotifyCares on twitter; messaging support on Facebook; or through this contact form. If it's been more than 48 hours without a response, reply to the e-mail you received confirming they got your message (if you used the contact form), or, if you messaged them through Twitter or Facebook, shoot them another message there.
