problema para entrar en spotify

Buenos dias, a primeros de enero de 2018 yo aproveche la oferta que lanzaron ustedes de tres meses de subcripcion premium por 0,99€, desde ayer no puedo entrar en la aplicacion ni en el ordenador ni en ningun dispositivo, me da error de usuario o contrasena incorrectos (Codigo de error 3).
El caso es que he reestablecido la contrasena en varias ocasiones sin obtener resultado, me sigue saliendo el mismo error, les ruego que me solucionen el problema o que me digan como solucionarlo.
