probleme avec l'invitation (spotify family) envoyée à mon fils

 Bonjour,

mon fils a bien recu l'invitation pour rejoindre spotify family mais apres avoir rempli  l'inscription, le compte ne se crée pas.

Il a essayé de creer un compte directement sur le site spotify, mais ce n'est pas possible.

J'ai renouvelé l'invitation mais rien n'y fait.

mon autre fils a lui bien reussi à s'inscrire ainsi que sa mère.

Quelqu'un peut il me venir en aide

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when they try to create an account? You can ask them to try making an account using an incognito window to see if it helps. Also, make sure they're creating their account here.
