Hi,it is a pleasure using spotify.I am having this problems of not been connected ,i downloaded spotify free but i am now been ask to pay with my bank card.There is a note indicating that the limit of 10 hours has come.Please kindly help me to retify spotify.Each time i try to play music on spotify it refuses to play.

How long ago did you sign up? After 6 months of using spotify free, there is a limit of 10 hours per month, split into 2.5 hours per week. You can find full details in this FAQ.
