"Puchase is currently not available" when trying to upgrade to Premium

"Puchase is currently not available" when trying to upgrade to Premium

As the title indicates, when attempting to upgrade to Premium, I can't get past the service/payment form screen. Instead I just get a "Puchase is currently not available" message (yes, "Puchase").

 

Any idea what's up? I've logged out and in, but it's still not working.

Me too, can't pay!!!

Same here and I can't add credit card information either.

Hey guys,

This sounds a little unusual. I'm looking into it.

In the meantime, could you guys try clearing the cache and your cookies in your internet browser, then try again?

Alternatively, could you guys try a different internet browser? So Chrome, Firefox etc.

I'm using firefox. I will try to try clear the cache and cookies.

Tried it again after receiving message from community. Didn't work. Noticed suggestion try another browser. Tried it on IE and was able to get to page for adding credit card data. Logged out and logged back using Firefox, the browser I use all the time and this time everything worked; added credit card and subscribed to Premium. What happened?
