"This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer ..."

Hello, I've search on google and I've seen similar threads with the same problem, but no answer solved my problem.

Yesterday  I was listening to a song on Spotify on my phone, all was good but now, when I listen to the same song on my computer, I receive the error message "This song is not available. If you have the file on (...) import it"

This is not the first time this happens to me, how can I solve this recurring problem.

Hey @BugattiBieber, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the appreinstall. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
