My Question or Issue

Hey,

in my own premium account the new "What's new" (Bell) function is not displayed at the top of the application. This means i can't use it.

I contacted the support chat twice now. Both times they said they need to hard reset my cache and that i need to deinstall data, cache and reinstall the application on my phone.

Both times it didnt work out that the bell is shown in my account.

And other proposal was to make a new account, what doesnt seem to be a good approach for issue resolving to me...

Testing on other devices the bell was always shown in friends account, but when i logged in with my account it wasnt displayed.

So it doesnt have something to do with my phone. Its an account based issue.

Can you help to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

For what you're describing it sounds like the issue is indeed account-related, specially if the folks from our Support team couldn't do anything on their end to have this sorted out.

 

Another thing you could try is to restart the app twice in a row to force a resync. However, if this doesn't do the trick, the best way to go is to create a new account and transfer your content over. You can do so by following the steps in this article or by getting in touch with our Support team again so they can give you a hand.

Hey.

Twice restart didnt do the trick.

And making a new account is not an option for me.

Plz open a developer issue for this! As it seems i am not the only one with this problem. I am a developer for myself and can help out. But solving problems with "just make a new account" seems very lazy. I pay for premium and i made a detailed problem description.

Or at least let me know where i can open an own issue here:

There are too many repositories. I dont know what would be the right one to open an issue.

Since it seems to be account related and you don't want to open up a new account we suggest that you contact our support again since they can have a closer look directly from their end.
