"You are currently set to offline"

I've got the following problem that last time I used Spotify i was in offline mode.

Then my phone shut down and now it wont let me  log back in...

Is there any other solution than uninstalling and reinstalling after?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


I'm afraid after restarting Spotify and your mobile phone, you should try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
