"being used elsewhere"

Hi There!

I'm currently fighting a battle against a ghost or so it seems.

We use a spotify account in our bar. the list of places where this account is used is short: 1 computer in the bar, 1 iphone of my collegue and 1 iphone of my boss.

tonight I started up spotify to entertain my guest with one of the many awesome playlists and all of a sudden it's paused. this happens sometimes when my collegue is using it. so I shoot him a text to please stop. Normally I can see that the account is playing on his phone, but not this time. He also replied that he wasn't using it. Neither was my boss. So i decided to sign out of all the devices with the pretty button on the website and re-enter the password. I start up a tune and within 10 seconds I'm being paused again. So time for a passwordchange you'd say. So I did. And just to be sure, I logged of from all other devices again. Aaaannd guess what, again I'm paused. 

Next step: re-installment. But no luck either.

I'm losing my mind. Normally when you're being paused, you can see in the device that's "elsewhere". But this keeps being a very empty list.

So anyone? A golden tip?
