My son and I can't use the account simultaneously.. And it's understandable. My argument is NOT that it is unfair or that it's not legitimate. I can understand WHY the limitation is in place.

I just feel that the limitation is more.. Limiting than what I feel would give me good value for my money. I would never pay for a second account because he simply doesn't use it enough, but occasionally my son wants to use spotify to work out with, and he knocks me off of it while I'm jamming out at work. It's annoying. 

So instead of getting another subscriber which is the goal of the "feature" .. I find myself looking for alternatives :(.

Spotify is licensed this way for personal use only. Also you can't share Spotify account information with your father or grandmother. This is prohibited in ToS. In Premium you can listen technically at 4 device. One online and three other Offline (max. 3 333 songs per device / max. 3 device with Offline mode enabled). But, this use is prohibited in ToS also. Anyone who use it like I say, remember, I do not responsible if you do so.

Unfortunately quoting chapter and verse of the license agreement doesn't make the experience suck any less.
