receiving error code 410

receiving error code 410

I am unable to use my account and do not receive any of the password reset emails I request. I have emailed spotify customer support and all I received was a message to check my spam folder, which was not helpful and have not received any subsequent response. when I log into the app it tells me that the username or password is incorrect and to reference error code 410. I have seen other posts about error 410 on the community board and it appears that someone actually needs to fix this problem, but since I have gotten no email reply I figured I would post here. I am logged on with a new account (Jpisha1) my username for the account I am having a problem with is jpisha. I pay for a premium membership and it is really frustrating to not be able to access my account or receive any response from support.

Could you post the 8-digit case number from the automated reply from when you got in touch with support?
