I requested a password reset. I recieve the email saying my ticket is open but I have not gotten a response for 2 days. Should it really take 2 days to get a reset password link? Since I can only send emails to support and they have not responded what should I do next?
Poor customer service for a paid account.
I never receive the password reset email when I use the reset password "feature"

Having 3 cases in the system will certainly slow things down. Did you reply to any of those automated emails?

If you use a facebook login, reset your password here. If you login with a spotify username then
1. Got to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset
2. If you get redirected to "Edit your Profile", click on your name at the top of the page and select log out.
3. Go back to https://www.spotify.com/password-reset and you would be able to reset your password.
How would I get Edit your Profile when I cannot log in with my acocunt? I had to create this account just to post in the help section. the reset links DID NOT WORK which is why I'm posting here.
Sorry for the 2 extra tickets that will probably take 10 seconds to mark "closed, duplicate" but I shouldn't need to got to this extent for a simple password reset and I expect as a paying customer to have some sort of response shortly after opening a ticket.
So, How do I actually get this resolved. How does one actually get a hold of support?
No offense to you but, come on 2 days for a reply on a login issue? Is this company being run by 5 people out of a garage?
I don't work fr Spotify and was just trying to help. To be honest, it's late, your attitude is offensive and I can't be bothered. Maybe someone else will pick this up. Have a good day.
Thanks for the garbage post and the waste of time. 2 days for a support response on something I pay for is not OK. Now I just want to login so I can cancel. Looking at other posts of people with the same issue it seems it takes days to get a respose from support. What a Fing joke.

Got the answer from you yesterday that my username account is connected to an email ive never seen before, an account recently billed for premium!

This must be some sort of hack since noone knows my password and ive never seen the emailadress conected to my account!
