set device password

Hi. I have tried more than 30 times to set device password on my spotify. I have tried to set device password almost in one two months. I have also contacted spotiy customer service, but not gotten any help. They are just telling me to try again and wait. But i am really tired of waiting and trying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need the device password NOW!!!!! please help
