site is hanging on payment details

i am trying to upgrade to premium family but when i get to the page it just hangs so i cannot enter my card details.

Have you used that payment method to pay a different Spotify account? Usually that's what happens if that's the case.

In the end I tried a different Web browser and it let me enter my card details so all is now ok
