spotify account disabled

Hi, a couple days ago i noticed 10 bucks missing from my bank account. It was transferred to Spotify. However i was intending on skipping a month of premium as I didn't have a lot to spare this month. So i transferred the money back to my account and as a result of this action spotify disabled my account. I would still like to listen to music on spotify even with ads. I therefor ask Spotify nicely if they can re-enable my account. I'll probably become premium next month again.

Your account is disabled when there is a chargeback as a general rule. I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

Well, It has been three days and they still haven't responded so I'm started to wonder if they even care at all.

Try Twitter or Facebook via @SpotifyCares either one should be able to help. Also, check your spam folder. Their replies are usually pretty quick, so it might've been lost in your inbox.
