spotify account

spotify account

i am a spotify user. spotify took their money for my premium account out of my bank account yesterday but my spotify account says im using free. i would like to know how to fix this so i am not paying for a service that im not getting.

Did you get an email receipt for the payment? If yes, please check if you're logged in to the correct account that's on the receipt 🙂
