spotify customer service - or lack thereof

Created a new account just to post this. My original spotify account was disabled  nearly 3 weeks ago because I failed to update my payment information (in addition, I received no e-mails from spotify regarding the payment information). During that time, I e-mailed support 3 times and didn't receive any replies until today, shortly after I sent the third e-mail. I was basically accused of fraud ("Spotify takes chargebacks and fraud very seriously") in the e-mail, and there was no effort made to try to find a solution. What kind of customer service is this? Why can't I just log in and update the payment information? I really love this program but this issue might get me to try a competitor.

I am having an exceptionally difficult time trying to contact someone about double charging me for my Spotify account.  I looked at solutions and there is a similiar issue posted but when I click on it, nothing happens.  I've tried to fill out the contact form but only the first drop down menu appears, nothing else.  I've spent hours trying to figure out how to contact someone and am ready to cancel my account all together (not that I'll be able to) even though I like the service a great deal.

Try using the alternative contact form, does that one work? 

If you wouldn't mind giving some details, the contact form not working is a serious issue. What browser (and version) are you using?
