I have the same problem, and there seems to be no way to be in touch! I am ready to get a layer involved by now. This is ridiculous!

I had the same issue until I took my time and read the page that it takes you after the click confirm. You have to confirm 3-4 times, cause they havent really canceled your subscription. Those pages are asking if you are sure and trying to make you change your mind.
Its really shady tactic in my book. Because most people assume that if you confirm that it is done.
