How can i change from premium to spotify student? do i have to cancel my subscription and start it all over or can i do it directly somehow?

First, you have to cancel your subscription. Otherwise, you will be charged twice. But don't worry, you won't lose your remaining Premium time. Then, apply for the Student discount here.
