spotify won't log in on my phone

I have spotify premium and I can log in on the computer but every time I try to log in on my phone I get an eror message saying "log in failed: you've already created an account with this email address". I've tried everything to fix it from deleting and re-adding the app, and turning off my phone. Please help!
