Hi my last receipt is on 27th Sep (14 days) ago but when I log in I have only have Spotify Free.

Hey there!

Welcome to the community ๐Ÿ™‚

 

Firstly, can you double check to make sure your log in details are correct and you haven't accidentally logged in with a different account? Its amazingly easy to sign in and accidentally make a duplicate account using Facebook.

 

I would recommend you contact the payments team directly using the online contact form, they will be able to assist you with this. If you recieve an automated reply, just reply to that email with your message and it will be sent to a member of the team who can help you directly. They will reply by email so be sure to check your inbox as well as spam/junk folders.
