Hi I have a primium account with rogers for 24 months and its free and I am still being charged for basic account, which i cant seems to be able to cancel

I'm sure we can sort out what's happening here.
If you remember putting your credit card details into the Spotify website, then you may have two accounts. Check your email inboxes for a confirmation email from Spotify to determine which one's linked to your Premium account.
Finally, how much are you charged each month? If you signed up via iTunes by paying within the app you will be charged 12.99 rather than 9.99. Please cancel that payment via Apple.

I don't think I put my cradit card on Spotify and never signed up with Itunes and I am being charged $9.99, when I log in my account in spotify and I go under Subcription it tells me I have my premium active theres no sign of basic account. What should I do.

I don't have a problem locating my premium account I already know my user name and pass. I don't think you are understanding my problem.
Like Maximapple mentioned, you might have a dublicate account. Perhaps you used Facebook to Subsribe to Spotify Premium in the past. Then you switched to a new account and forgot that you have your Facebook account with Premium Subscription. Try to find if you happen to have a Facebook account.
You need to login with your Facebook, then Cancel your Subscription.
