Hello, I have a son who's on my bank account, and he's uder age. he has subscribed to spotify premium, and he has no money in his bank account. Spotify has taken over $80 from his account including overdraft fees. I need this subscription to end immediately, and is there any way he can get his money back?

The overdraft fees are almost certainly being charged by your bank.

If your bank allows overdrafting, Spotify has no way of knowing if your account is without balance. This is an issue you will likely have to take up with your bank.

To cancel your account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the subscription page. (Note: If you don’t know your password, go here to reset it.)
2. Under Subscription and payment, click cancel your subscription
   
3. Select a reason, Click CONTINUE.
4. Click CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.
5. Enter your password in the password field. Click CANCEL SPOTIFY PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION.
