i switched to family last month and added 3 ppl to our acct. my daughter says premium never worked on her acct and now today i was billed for premium on my acct after family was deducted a few days ago. the worst part is it overdrew my checking so it wasnt just a 10.59 bill (9.99 plus tax) i got hit with a 35.00 non-sufficient funds fee. i want my 2nd charged plus the nsf returned to me since it shouldnt have come out at all.

I suggest ringing spotify up.. the reason that they may have charged you is because you still have to pay for the month that you quit if you have already started it, it also takes a few days to process once you cancel a premium account. All the best of luck! Like this is it helped in any way!
