timed out during student discount purchase

Hi,

I upgraded to premium using the unidays 50% off student discount. I tried to pay using paypal but it returned a 504 error after I confirmed the purchase. Now when I try to start again it comes up in the address bar that I've already used my discount even though the payment didn't go through and I still have a basic account. How do I get this to work?

Hey @kreuzberg ! Welcome to the community 🙂

This definitely sounds like an issue for the payments team to check out, if you drop them an email directly using the online contact form they will be able to get this sorted out for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
