trying to change plan

This message keeps popping up when I try to change my plan from premium duo to individual, is this feature down right now? I don't want to get billed for the duo plan when i wont be using it anymore.

Can you try changing your plan here using a different browser or private window?

I am also having this issue and changing browsers does not resolve it. I have tried with chrome and edge, no ad or popup blocker and get the same error. I get this error regardless of which plan change is selected.

Thanks for the information!

Can you try upgrading using the steps provided in my last reply on a different device and a different network connection as well (if possible). If that doesn't work, you can try and cancel, wait for the plan to revert to free and then resubscribe on the new plan.
