trying to get spotify premium

So I signed up for premium for the $.99 for 3 month deal, however i got this:
"Unfortunately, there is no support at the moment to make this type of change to your subscription. Contact our customer service team who can help you further."
So I read on this board somewhere to cancel the subscription and try again, so I tried that and now I can't get the $.99 deal because I've already had it. Even though I never did, because it never actually upgraded me to premium. I uninstalled the app like someone suggested, before canceling the subscription and that didn't help. I'm about to pull my darn hair out this is so frustrating. I've filled out multiple help requests or what ever its called and they don't help at all. Spotify really needs a customer service phone number. Trying to do this online is so unbelievably frustrating. If someone can please help me I'd appreciate it so much. This is BEYOND frustrating.
